This isn’t about pushing harder in the gym or forcing routines that don’t fit. As your coach, I’ll guide you in building a movement practice that’s grounding, nourishing, and actually enjoyable. Together, we’ll take a thoughtful, three-step approach:

First, we make space — by loosening the grip of habits that no longer serve you. Maybe that means fewer late nights or less time chasing gains on a machine.

Second, we add in what feels good — like breath work, qigong, stretching, and gentle strength-building. This is about loosening up, not locking down.

Third, we co-create a daily practice that’s yours. No should’s. No have-to’s. Just movement that centers, mobilizes, and maybe even feels like play.
